In order for our tattoo shopping cart to accept orders placed using a Purchase Order
you must fill out the form below
The application will be reviewed and accepted by
a staff person here within one business day
There is a minimum quantity of 5,000
tattoos per design, per order. The PO system is available for government, educational
institutes and larger corporate customers
A W9 will be emailed back to you along
with your acceptance in to the system
Steps to complete vendor information

2) Look for your acceptance email back
3) Place an order normally
4) Look for your invoice by email
